Our Mission

The mission of Willamette Associates is to provide services to school district staffs regarding the management of children with social, emotional, and behavioral issues through, staff training, program development, and case consultation. Services include the facilitation of district staff development and the understanding and implementation of best practice in serving high risk and students with Emotional Disturbance.

The paradigm for services delivery is based on the research in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) and Willamette Associates provides training, staff development, technical support, and linkages to PBS regional, statewide, and national resources and leadership. PBS utilizes best research practice in managing whole school systems, the classroom, and individual students.
